Warranty Questions, Answered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday use for one year from the date of delivery. If your device stops working because of a fault in how it was made, we will repair or replace it.
One year from the date your order is delivered. Your order confirmation and delivery date are all you need to verify coverage.
A defect is a fault in the materials or how the device was built that stops it from working as intended under normal use — for example, a control unit that will not charge or pads that will not connect. It does not include damage from drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear, the gel pads (which are a consumable item), and damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll confirm your details, ask a few questions to understand the problem, and walk you through the next steps.
If your device is confirmed to have a covered defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We'll arrange the return of the faulty unit and ship the replacement as quickly as possible.
Registration isn't required, but it helps us verify your order faster if you ever need support.
Yes. The warranty follows the device, so a gift recipient is covered for the remainder of the one-year period as long as they can provide the original order details.
Yes. The 30-day risk-free trial lets you return the device for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and the 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects after that. Together they give you confidence from day one.
